Select a criteria category and group first, and the list of corresponding criteria will show. Click on the criteria you need, type a parameter if required, and click on the Add Criterion button. The criterion will be added to the selection list:

To exclude ETFs from screening, select the Stock item in the Universe: Security Type criteria category in the Stock Screener tool. For ETF screening, select the Fund item in the Universe: Security Type criteria category. Unfortunately, filters for leveraged ETFs are not supported. Still, you may put the list of corresponding tickers in a watch list and use it in screening as the stock universe criteria. In this case, the screener will work only on these ETFs.

You can screen or view the list of supported indexes or commodity instruments by selecting the World Indexes or Commodities item in the Universe - Aggregates criteria category of the Stock Screener tool accordingly.

You can also screen cryptocurrencies using the Crypto Screener tool. Select the Cryptocurrency vs USD item in the Universe - Grouping criteria category of the Crypto Screener for screening all cryptocurrencies. Or, to screen a specific crypto exchange, select the appropriate item in the Universe - Crypto Exchange category. You can also screen a custom cryptocurrency list in the same way as the Stock Screener tool.
