This list shows NYSE and Nasdaq stocks where the price has made a lower low while the 14-day RSI has made a higher low, checked over 20, 40 and 60-day windows, excluding penny stocks and illiquid names. Bullish divergence means selling pressure is weakening even as the price falls, and it often comes before a bottom. Use it as an early warning and wait for confirmation such as a break above recent resistance.
