Nexa Resources S.A. is a Luxembourg-based metals company that extracts and processes zinc and other minerals through mining and smelting operations across Peru and Brazil. It runs five polymetallic mines and three smelting facilities in total, producing a wide range of materials including metallic zinc, gold, copper, lead, and various other metals and chemical compounds. Founded in 1956 and operating under its current name since 2017, the company is owned by Brazilian industrial group Votorantim S.A.
