Prosper Gold Corp. is a Canadian mining company focused on finding and developing gold and copper deposits. Its two main properties are the Golden Sidewalk project, spanning more than 160 square kilometres in Red Lake, Ontario, and the Cyprus Project in north-central British Columbia. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, the company was previously called Lander Energy Corporation before adopting its current name in April 2012.
