Apex Resources Inc. is a Canadian mining exploration company, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Vancouver, that searches for deposits of gold, copper, zinc, lead, molybdenum, tungsten, and lithium across Canada and the United States. The company owns mineral properties in southeastern and southern British Columbia, including the Jersey Emerald site, and holds an option to acquire an 8,240-acre lithium property in Nevada. Previously operating under the name Sultan Minerals Inc., the company rebranded to its current name in July 2016.
