In a downtrend, rallies are selling opportunities. Short sellers wait for a weak stock to bounce into overbought territory below a falling 200-day average before entering. This screen lists stocks on Asian exchanges whose 14-day RSI is above 65 while the price is below a falling 200-day moving average, most overbought first. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
