Lower highs and lower lows are the textbook definition of a downtrend: every rally fails below the last peak and every sell-off breaks the last low. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges that have just set a new 63-bar low (about three months), whose highest high of the last 21 bars is below the one of the 21 bars before, and whose three-month relative strength is in the bottom 20% of the market, weakest three-month performance first. Short sellers use it to find trends to sell into rallies, and long investors use it as a list to avoid. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
