Lower highs and lower lows are the textbook definition of a downtrend: every rally fails below the last peak and every sell-off breaks the last low. This screen lists coins against USDT that have just set a new 63-bar low (about three months), whose highest high of the last 21 bars is below the one of the 21 bars before, and whose three-month relative strength is in the bottom 20% of the market, weakest three-month performance first. Short sellers use it to find trends to sell into rallies, and long investors use it as a list to avoid. Crypto trades around the clock, so the list uses near-real-time data with daily bars that close at 00:00 UTC, and covers coins quoted against USDT with at least 1 million USDT in average daily volume.
