An oversold ETF has fallen hard and fast. Because an ETF holds a basket of securities, it cannot go to zero like a single stock, so traders often buy oversold ETFs for mean reversion bounces. This screen lists exchange-traded funds on Asian exchanges whose 14-day RSI is below 30, most oversold first. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
