This list applies the same idea with MarketInOut's own one-year relative strength rank, ranking each stock against the stocks on its exchange, and shows NYSE and Nasdaq stocks rated above 80, strongest first. It is an independent approximation, not IBD's proprietary RS Rating, which weights the most recent quarter more heavily; MarketInOut is not affiliated with Investor's Business Daily. Penny stocks and illiquid names are excluded.
