Investors who follow William O'Neil and Investor's Business Daily (IBD) look for stocks with an RS Rating of 80 or higher: stocks whose price performance over the last 12 months beats at least 80% of the market. This screen applies the same idea with MarketInOut's own one-year relative strength rank and lists stocks on European exchanges rated above 80, strongest first. It is an independent approximation, not IBD's proprietary RS Rating, which weights the most recent quarter more heavily; MarketInOut is not affiliated with Investor's Business Daily. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
