Relative Strength: 13-Week Relative Strength Above 70 Stocks

This screen finds stocks with a 13-week Relative Strength above 70, meaning their price gain over the last 13 weeks ranks in the top 30% of all stocks on the same exchange, which marks them as stocks clearly beating most of the market. Relative Strength is a percentile ranking: a reading of 70 means the stock outperformed 70% of its peers. This is a quarterly ranking that identifies intermediate-term leaders, a common focus of momentum strategies. Do not confuse it with the RSI oscillator.
