Business Description

UGI Corporation is an energy company founded in 1882 and based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, that distributes and markets propane, natural gas, electricity, and other liquid fuels to millions of residential, commercial, and industrial customers across the United States and abroad. In Pennsylvania alone, the company delivers natural gas through roughly 12,700 miles of pipeline to around 694,000 customers, and supplies electricity to nearly 63,000 customers across northeastern parts of the state. Beyond direct distribution, UGI also handles fuel storage, transportation, and logistics, and owns infrastructure such as pipelines, storage facilities, and power generation assets.
