Dividend value investors look for income stocks the market has overlooked: a cheap valuation adds room for price gains on top of the dividend. This screen lists stocks on Asian exchanges with a dividend yield above 3%, a P/E ratio below 15 and a price-to-book ratio below 2, highest yield first. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
