Three weeks tight, three weekly closes within about 1.5% of each other, is a pattern from the CAN SLIM method that Mark Minervini also uses as a sign that institutions are holding their shares and not selling. A breakout above the tight area is a classic add-on or entry point. This screen lists stocks on the London Stock Exchange that pass the Trend Template (price above a rising 200-day average, 50 > 150 > 200-day averages, at least 25% above the 52-week low, within 25% of the 52-week high and RS 70 or better) and whose last three weekly closes are within 1.5% of each other, highest relative strength first. LSE prices are quoted in pence, and the list skips thinly traded shares.
