Real estate investment trusts (REITs) own offices, warehouses, apartments, data centers and other property and pay out most of their income as dividends. This screen lists real estate stocks on European exchanges, ranked by price performance over the last three months, strongest first. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
