Sector leaders are the stocks that outperform their own sector, the names fund managers rotate into when money flows to the group. The Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) tracks the large real estate companies of the S&P 500, so beating XLRE means beating the sector itself. This list shows NYSE and Nasdaq real estate stocks whose price gain over the last month (21 trading days) is greater than that of XLRE, the top 100 by one-month gain, with the lead over XLRE in percentage points. Penny stocks and illiquid names are excluded.
