The Piotroski F-Score, created by Stanford professor Joseph Piotroski, awards one point for each of nine signs of improving financial health. High scorers among cheap stocks have historically beaten weak ones. This screen lists stocks on the London Stock Exchange with a Piotroski F-Score of 8 or 9 out of 9 and a price-to-book ratio below 3, cheapest by price-to-book first. LSE prices are quoted in pence, and the list skips thinly traded shares.
