The Piotroski F-Score, created by Stanford professor Joseph Piotroski, awards one point for each of nine signs of improving financial health. High scorers among cheap stocks have historically beaten weak ones. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with a Piotroski F-Score of 8 or 9 out of 9 and a price-to-book ratio below 3, cheapest by price-to-book first. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
