The Piotroski F-Score, created by Stanford professor Joseph Piotroski, awards one point for each of nine signs of improving financial health. High scorers among cheap stocks have historically beaten weak ones. This screen lists stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a Piotroski F-Score of 8 or 9 out of 9 and a price-to-book ratio below 3, cheapest by price-to-book first. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the list covers TSX-listed stocks with at least C$1 million in average daily trading value.
