This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with a price-to-cash-flow ratio between 50 and 200, a positive return on equity below 15% and a price-to-book ratio below 20, sorted by price-to-cash-flow, highest first. These companies are priced for strong growth that their current returns do not yet show. Some will grow into their valuations, but expensive stocks with modest returns are vulnerable when expectations slip. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
