An oversold ETF has fallen hard and fast. Because an ETF holds a basket of securities, it cannot go to zero like a single stock, so traders often buy oversold ETFs for mean reversion bounces. This screen lists exchange-traded funds on European exchanges whose 14-day RSI is below 30, most oversold first. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
