This screen lists stocks on US OTC markets whose 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) is above 70. A reading over 70 means the price has risen fast and may be stretched, which can precede a pullback. In strong uptrends, though, RSI often stays above 70 for a long time, so momentum traders read it as strength while swing traders use it to take profits. OTC stocks trade outside the major exchanges and are often thinly traded penny stocks; the list covers US OTC stocks with at least $100,000 in average daily trading value.
