On Balance Volume adds volume on up days and subtracts it on down days. When OBV breaks out to a new 63-day high while the price is still at least 3% below its own 63-day high, volume is leading price: buyers are absorbing supply before the breakout shows on the chart. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with that bullish volume lead. Many traders watch these names for a price breakout to confirm. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
