The Shiller P/E, or CAPE ratio, divides the price by ten years of inflation-adjusted earnings, smoothing out booms and busts. Robert Shiller made it famous as a long-term valuation gauge. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with a cyclically adjusted P/E ratio below 12 and a return on equity above 10%, cheapest first. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
