Real estate investment trusts (REITs) must pay out most of their taxable income as dividends, which makes them a core holding for income investors. This screen lists real estate stocks on Asian exchanges with a dividend yield above 5%, highest yield first, with funds from operations growth where reported. Prices are in each exchange's local currency, and the list covers stocks traded in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Jakarta with at least about US$0.7 million in average daily trading value.
