Sector leaders are the stocks that outperform their own sector, the names fund managers rotate into when money flows to the group. The Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) tracks the large financial companies of the S&P 500, so beating XLF means beating the sector itself. This list shows NYSE and Nasdaq financial stocks whose price gain over the last month (21 trading days) is greater than that of XLF, the top 100 by one-month gain, with the lead over XLF in percentage points. Penny stocks and illiquid names are excluded.
