When a dividend stock falls, its yield rises, so buying near the lows locks in a higher income stream. The risk is that the price is falling because the dividend is in danger, so check the payout ratio. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with a dividend yield above 3% that trade within 10% of their 52-week low, highest yield first. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
