Dividend growth investors prefer companies that raise their payout year after year over the highest current yield, because a growing dividend compounds and usually signals a growing business. This screen lists stocks on European exchanges with a dividend yield above 1%, five-year dividend yield growth above 5% a year, five-year EPS growth above 5% a year and a payout ratio below 75%. Prices are in euros, and the list covers stocks traded on Xetra, Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Milan and the Madrid Stock Exchange with at least 0.5 million euros in average daily trading value.
