This fund puts nearly all of its money into a specific type of options contract tied to the performance of an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 Index, which itself holds shares in 500 large American companies. Because the fund focuses on a single underlying investment rather than spreading money across many different assets, it carries a higher level of concentration risk than a typical fund.
