This fund puts the vast majority of its money into lower-rated corporate bonds priced in U.S. dollars, either by buying them outright or through financial instruments that track their performance. The benchmark it follows is managed by an outside organization that has no ties to the fund or its manager. Unlike many funds, it concentrates its holdings rather than spreading risk across a wide range of investments.
