The fund puts at least 80% of its money into stocks that make up its benchmark index. This index focuses on U.S.-listed companies that own or manage physical assets such as real estate, pipelines, and natural resources. Holdings can include common stocks, real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, and American depositary receipts.
