USD Partners LP owns and runs energy infrastructure facilities across the United States and Canada, focusing on the movement and storage of crude oil, ethanol, and renewable diesel. Its terminal operations handle everything from loading Canadian crude oil onto railcars in Alberta to transferring ethanol and renewable diesel from rail to truck in California, as well as connecting rail shipments to pipelines in Oklahoma. The company also leases and manages a fleet of 200 railcars used to transport liquid fuels. Founded in 2014 and based in Houston, Texas, it is managed by its general partner, USD Partners GP LLC.
