UIL Finance Limited is a Bermuda-based investment company founded in 2007 and owned by UIL Limited. Its primary activity is lending funds to its parent company to support the financing of zero dividend preference shares. The company was previously called Utilico Finance Limited before taking on its current name in November 2015.
