UIL Finance Limited is a Bermuda-based investment company founded in 2007 and owned by UIL Limited. Its primary activity is raising money through zero dividend preference shares and lending those funds to its parent company. Previously called Utilico Finance Limited, the business adopted its current name in November 2015.
