Jade Road Investments Limited is a globally focused venture capital firm that backs primarily mid-to-late stage private companies across a wide range of industries, from technology and healthcare to real estate and energy. The firm invests mainly through direct stakes in private businesses, funded either by cash or its own shares, while also holding the flexibility to trade listed securities, ETFs, currencies, and other financial instruments in both long and short positions. Individual investments are generally capped at 20% of net asset value, and early-stage deals are collectively limited to 25% of net asset value. Founded in 2008 and formerly known as Adamas Finance Asia Limited, the firm is headquartered in Dubai and maintains additional offices in Hong Kong, London, and Singapore.
