Business Description
Pershing Square Holdings Ltd. is an investment fund based in Guernsey that trades on public markets and is run by Pershing Square Capital Management L.P. The fund puts money into stocks it considers undervalued, as well as bonds and other debt instruments, across a wide range of industries and regions worldwide. It uses a mix of long and short positions and may also trade through derivatives, measuring its results against the S&P 500 Index and the HFRX Global Hedge Fund Index. The fund has been in operation since February 2012.
