Rather than backing startups, the firm targets mature companies through buyouts and growth capital deals, typically where the enterprise value falls between £25 million and £200 million. It covers a broad range of industries and also holds stakes in secondary fund purchases and co-investments alongside its partner funds. Previously known as Graphite Enterprise Trust, the firm came under the management of Intermediate Capital Group in February 2016 and has operated under its current name since then.
