This fund tracks a version of the S&P 500 where no single company can make up more than a certain percentage of the total portfolio. It holds at least 80% of its assets in the stocks that make up this index, following their weightings as closely as possible. While it draws from the broad S&P 500, the cap on individual company weights means the fund is more evenly spread across its holdings than the standard index.
