Business Description
This fund aims to deliver three times the daily performance of an index that tracks around 2,000 smaller companies within the broader Russell 3000® Index. To achieve this, at least 80% of its assets are placed in instruments such as swap agreements, index securities, and ETFs. Because it concentrates its holdings rather than spreading them broadly, the fund carries a higher level of risk than a typical diversified fund.
