The company runs businesses in four distinct areas: constructing and supplying modular and engineered building products, providing workforce recruitment and staffing services to large multinational firms, manufacturing and renting specialized tools used in oil, gas, and mining drilling operations, and managing a portfolio of real estate and investments in both public and private companies. Formerly known as Hudson Global, the company adopted its current name in September 2025.
