This investment vehicle pools money into a collection of bond-focused exchange traded funds managed by outside firms. The vast majority of its holdings, at least 80%, are tied to bonds and similar interest-bearing instruments. Unlike many comparable funds, it concentrates its positions rather than spreading risk across a wide range of assets.
