This fund puts the vast majority of its money into two types of investments: blank-check companies raised to acquire businesses, and companies that have recently gone public within the past two years, focusing on those with at least $100 million in capital. A smaller portion may be held in cash, short-term debt, or exchange-traded funds when suitable opportunities are limited or for day-to-day management needs.
