Business Description

Landmark REIT is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust that owns 29 retail properties across major Indonesian cities, covering nearly 950,000 square meters of leasable space. Its tenants include well-known names such as Hypermart, Matahari Department Store, Zara, Uniqlo, and Starbucks, serving a large and growing middle-class consumer base. Originally focused solely on Indonesia, the trust has broadened its strategy to pursue property investments across Asia, spanning multiple asset types and markets. Founded in Singapore in 2007, it remains the only trust of its kind on the Singapore Exchange with direct exposure to Indonesia's retail property market.
