It owns 17 properties across 11 major Chinese cities, including shopping malls, business parks, and logistics facilities, covering roughly 1.7 million square meters in total. The trust is run by a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited, a globally recognized real asset manager headquartered in Singapore with deep roots across Asia.
