This ETF focuses on smaller publicly traded companies, selecting stocks from businesses whose total market value falls within the range tracked by the Russell 2000® Index. Portfolio managers actively choose which securities to buy and sell rather than simply following an index. The fund concentrates its holdings more narrowly than a typical investment fund.
