This fund generates weekly income by selling call options tied to the Russell 2000 Index, which tracks small U.S. companies, while still allowing investors to benefit from price movements in that index. At least 80% of its assets are held in options contracts and similar financial instruments linked to the Russell 2000. Unlike most funds, it concentrates its holdings rather than spreading risk across many different investments.
