This ETF actively selects and manages a portfolio made up primarily of preferred shares and debt securities that are structured to pay tax-advantaged dividends to investors. At least 80% of the fund's assets are directed toward holdings that qualify for reduced U.S. federal income tax rates at the time they are issued.
