This fund puts the vast majority of its money into roughly 100 of the biggest non-financial companies traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange, spanning both U.S. and international firms. Unlike traditional indexes that give more weight to larger companies, each company in this fund is treated equally regardless of its size.
