The fund tracks an index that shifts its holdings between high yield corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds based on a measured risk signal. Depending on market conditions, the index may hold entirely corporate bonds, entirely Treasury bonds, or an equal mix of both. At least 80% of the fund's assets are typically invested directly in the securities that make up the index.
